Italian Futurism

I never knew that Futurism, which I had always known as "Light Trail Photography" was invented/ it came around in 1911. I've never seen the art form "Futurism" however I recognise the effects employed in it that is used in a lot of older movies / films to transfer between scenes. I've tried this method of photography before however, I had poor results due to the incorrect settings on the camera.

 Futurism includes expression of things using light and other previously unused methods of imagery, both in art and photography, below i have compiled my own attempts at this method of photography.
